Pre-Qualification Questions
When enabled for your brokerage, Pre-Qualification Questions display
when launching a quote. The answers to these questions help determine
if a client qualifies for a quote. In order for these questions to display
when launching a quote, they must be configured by first defining the
pre-qualification questions then assigning
them to specific provinces and lines of business.
Note: To
use the Pre-Qualification Question
feature, the Enable Pre-Qualification
Questions on product launch setting must be enabled for the brokerage.
This setting is located on the Settings
tab in Utilities > Configure >
Brokerages > Office Administration. To learn more about this
setting, see the Office Administration article.
From the Desktop Navigation
screen, click Utilities
> Configure on the menubar then click Workflow
Definitions > Pre-Qualifications on the navigation panel.
Add a Pre-Qualification Question
- The
Pre-Qualifications Questions
screen displays. Click the
Add button
.
- Select Yes/No
or Yes/No/N/A
as the Question Type.
- Enter the question
in English in the English Description
field.
- Enter the
question in French in the French
Description field.
- The Mandatory checkbox
is selected by default. Deselect the checkbox
if an answer is not required.
- Click Finish
to add the question or click Add
to add additional questions.
Edit a Pre-Qualification Question
- The Pre-Qualifications Questions
screen displays. Select a question
in the Pre-Qualification
Questions list and click the Edit
button
.
- If necessary, revise the Type
selection to either Yes/No
or Yes/No/N/A.
- Revise the
question in English and/or in French
as necessary.
- If necessary, select/deselect the Mandatory
checkbox.
- Click Finish
to save your changes.
Delete a Pre Qualification Question
- The Pre-Qualifications Administration
screen displays. Select the question
you want to delete in the Pre-Qualification
Questions list.
- Click the
Delete button
.
- The message Are sure you want
to delete the question displays. Click Yes.
