If your organization uses Indio to simplify the application and renewal process for your clients, you can streamline your own workflows by accessing Indio directly from Applied Epic for Salesforce. In this way, you can use Epic client account information in Indio, rather than having to open a separate browser window to continue a submission.
Note: This functionality only works for users who already have the following: an Indio account, a servicing role in Indio, and an Indio email address that matches their Epic employee email address.
