Branding Profiles

Branding profiles apply your organization’s visual identity to the content you send so that your clients and prospects can recognize at a glance that it comes from you. You can include multiple aspects of your brand in your branding profile, such as your tagline, logo, color, contact information, social media links, and custom text. Create additional branding profiles to identify different departments or branches or for specific people like producers.

If your organizations uses multiple CSR24 subdomains (that is, multiple portals) and you have configured the CSR24 Integration in Configuration Basics, you can include a CSR24 Self-Service Portal URL on each branding profile to specify the portal where content sent with that subdomain will be shared.

To save time when creating multiple branding profiles with minor differences, you can copy an existing branding profile and edit it as needed.

Click Configuration on the navigation menu and select Configuration Basics. Then click the Branding Profiles tab.

Add a Branding Profile

You can create as many branding profiles as necessary (for different structures, people, etc.). Give each branding profile a clear, descriptive name to assist users in selecting the correct one. Once you create a branding profile, you must grant users permission to use it in the User Management area before they can select it for their emails or campaigns.

  1. Click the Create Profile button.
  2. Enter a clear, descriptive Profile Name that will assist users in selecting the correct branding profile.
  3. Enter your Agency/Brokerage Name. The name you enter will display in the header of the content you send.
  4. If applicable, enter your Tag line, which will display next to your agency/brokerage name in the header.
  5. In the Agency/Brokerage Website URL field, enter your organization's website address if applicable.
  6. If your organizations uses CSR24 and you have completed the necessary setup in Configuration Basics, you can include either of the following:
  7. If applicable, enter the URL for your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and/or LinkedIn page(s). A clickable icon for each social media platform you add displays in the footer of the content you send.
  8. Click the Browse button to locate your Logo image. Logo images must be PNG or SVG files no greater than 5MB in size. A preview of the selected image displays.
  9. Do one of the following to select the Primary Color, which fills the header and is used for any dividing lines in your emails:

A preview of your selected color displays. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) contrast ratio rating indicates how easy the color is for recipients with visual impairments to view.

  1. Enter the Contact Information that you want to display in the footer.
  2. If necessary, enter Footer Text. Use the formatting ribbon to style your text or add code, links, or lists. You cannot add images.
  3. Click the Save button.
  4. Preview your branding profile by navigating to the Content Library, clicking on a piece of content, and selecting the Branding Profile from the dropdown. You can also apply the branding profile and send a one-off email to yourself to view it.

Edit a Branding Profile

When you edit an existing branding profile, your changes apply to any content sent with that Branding Profile after you save it.

  1. Click the Branding Profile in the list. Sort the list by clicking on a column heading. Click on the column heading again to reverse the sort order.
  2. Update any of the following fields:

Copy a Branding Profile

Copying an existing branding profile duplicates all of its details except its name. Copying branding profiles saves time when you need to create multiple similar profiles. For example, your organization's branding profiles might be identical except for the employee contact information on each one. You can update the contact information on each copy and grant permission to the appropriate users.

  1. Click the Copy link in the branding profile's row in the list.
  2. Enter a clear, descriptive Profile Name that will assist users in selecting the correct branding profile.
  3. If necessary, you can edit any of the following fields:

A preview of your selected color displays. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) contrast ratio rating indicates how easy your color is for recipients with visual impairments to view.

  1. Click the Save button to save the copy, or click the Cancel button to discard the copy and all of its details.

Delete a Branding Profile

Deleting a branding profile automatically removes it from any users who previously had permission to use it. You cannot delete a branding profile once it has been used in an outgoing email. Before deleting an unused branding profile, make sure every user still has access to at least one other branding profile, to enable them to continue sending emails and campaigns.

Click the Delete link in the branding profile’s row in the list. You are prompted to confirm the deletion.

View a Branding Profile

You can see how a branding profile will display to content recipients by navigating to the Content Library, clicking on a piece of content, and selecting the Branding Profile from the dropdown. You can also apply the branding profile and send a one-off email to yourself to view it.
