Batch Cert Template

This feature allows you to make mass changes to Producer Information and template Signatures across all accounts that meet your defined criteria, instead of on an insured-by-insured basis. Batch Cert Template can be especially helpful if a Producer changes their name and/or contact information or relocates to another branch.

If you need to update a large number of templates for an insured (for example, to change the insured's name or template description), you can use Batch Certificate Template to manage the account level changes en masse. You can also use this workflow to renew multiple templates at the same time.

Set criteria to select Templates

  1. Click Configure > Batch Cert Template in the navigation panel.
  2. Select the appropriate Status: Active (default), Expired, or All.
  3. Select the Form template to include in the update. To select more than one Form, press and hold the Ctrl key as you make selections.
  4. Select the Brokerage.
  5. Select the Branch.
  6. Click Start Process.
