Export Defaults
This feature allows you to create a default setting for exporting certificate
holders.
To access the Export Defaults area:
- From insured detail, click Home
> Configure > Export Defaults on the options bar.
- From any other area of the program, click Home > Configure > Export Defaults
on the options bar or click Configure
> Export Defaults in the navigation panel.
Holder Export Defaults
- Click Holder
Export Default.
- The list of export column headings displays. Deselect checkbox(es)
as needed to create your organization's export default.
To import the certificate holder list from
Applied CSR24 to Indio for an insured to update at renewal, make sure
to keep the InterestEndDate and
Email Renewal Cert holder export
defaults enabled, as well as any others you want to display to insureds
in Indio.
- After making your selections, click Save.
Insured Holder Export Default
- Click Insured
Holder Export Default.
- The list of export column headings displays. Deselect checkbox(es)
as needed to create the export defaults.
- Once the selections are finalized, click Save.
