Import Defaults
This feature allows you to create a default setting for importing certificate
holders and vehicles.
To access the Import Defaults area:
- From insured detail, click Home > Configure > Import
Defaults on the options bar.
- From any other area of the program, click Home > Configure
> Import Defaults on the options bar or click
Configure > Import Defaults in the navigation panel.
Holder Import Defaults
- Click Import Defaults.
- Click the Holder link.
- The list of import column headings displays. Select the checkbox(es)
as needed to create your organization's import default. Name
is the only required field; it cannot be deselected.
- Once the selections are finalized, click Save.
Vehicle Import Defaults
- Click Import Defaults.
- Click the Vehicle
link.
- The list of import column headings displays. Select the checkbox(es)
as needed to create your organization's import default. ID
Card Issue State/Province is the only required field; it cannot
be deselected.
Once the selections are finalized, click Save.
