In this area, you can pick up and download the output for any scheduled report run now or later. In the Report Pickup section, all of your scheduled reports display with the following information: the Recipient name, report Type, Description, Scheduling selection (whether the report was run immediately or scheduled), Start Date, End Date, and Run Time.
Reports display on this page until you delete them.
To refine the results of the list, you can filter reports by Recipient, Type, and Description in the Search section. You can also use the Completed in the Last dropdown to display only reports run in the last 30, 60, or 90 Days. Once you have specified your criteria, click Find.

To delete a report, select it, and click Delete on the options bar. A message displays, Are you sure you want to delete the selected reports? Click Delete to confirm the deletion, or click Cancel to cancel it. This option deletes the report and removes it from your Report Pickup list only—other recipients can still access it. Only your System Admin can delete a report for all users.
You can delete multiple reports at once by selecting their corresponding checkboxes in the Select column and clicking Delete. To select all reports, click Select All on the options bar. To clear all selections in the Select column, click Clear All on the options bar.
