Scheduled Reports

This area provides a view of all pending scheduled reports and the listed recipients for each report. In the Scheduled Reports section, all of your scheduled reports display with the following information: whom the report was Created By, the Recipient name, the report Type, the Description, the Scheduling selection (Daily, Weekly, etc.), the Start Date, the End Date, and the Run Time.

Once a report runs, it no longer displays in the list. For recurring reports, only the next recurrence displays. Not all recurrences display at once.

Reports that are set to run Now do not display in Scheduled Reports.

Filter the Scheduled Reports List

To refine the results of the list, you can filter reports by Recipient, Type, Description, Scheduling recurrence, and Start Date in the Search section. Once you have specified your criteria, click Find.

Edit a Scheduled Report

You can edit scheduled reports that you have created. Users designated as a System Admin or Report Admin can edit any scheduled report. To edit a scheduled report, do the following:

  1. Select the report from the list.
  2. The report’s detail page displays. Click Edit on the options bar.
  3. Make any updates necessary. You can display and edit To Print options by clicking Advanced on the options bar.
  4. Click Save on the options bar.

Copy a Scheduled Report

If you are a System Admin, a Report Admin, or the recipient of a report you want to copy, you can copy an existing report. This saves you time by allowing you to duplicate a report without creating an entirely new one. Once you copy a report, you can edit the copied version if necessary. These are the reports you can copy: Service Usage, Bulk Holder Export, Issued Vehicle Liability Cards, Issued Certificate Detail, and Certificate Utilization. To copy a scheduled report, do the following:

  1. Select a report from the list.
  2. The report’s detail page displays. Click Copy on the options bar.
  3. The Scheduling and Report Criteria for the copied version of the report displays. To denote that this report is a copy, the word Copy is automatically added to the Report Description field. Change the Report Description if necessary.
  4. If necessary, edit the Scheduling details and Report Criteria.
  5. Click Save on the options bar to save the report.

Delete a Scheduled Report

To delete a scheduled report, do the following:

  1. Select the report from the list.
  2. The report’s detail page displays. Click Delete on the options bar
  3. A confirmation message displays. Click OK to confirm the deletion, or click Cancel to cancel it.

If you are a System Admin, a Report Admin, or the creator of the report, this option deletes the report for all listed recipients. The scheduling job is cancelled, and the report is removed from the Scheduled Reports list for all recipients.

If you are only listed as a recipient of the report, this option deletes the report for you, removing it from only your Scheduled Reports list.
