System Activities

Organizations with Applied TAM Sync and Applied Epic Sync can set up activities to allow the assignment of different activity codes for different service requests and ensure that the appropriate code is assigned to an event. You can choose specific activity codes for each request. That assigned activity then syncs back to your agency management system.

If you do not use this feature, all activities that sync back to your system will have the same activity code.

There are special considerations for Applied Epic and Applied TAM users.

Assign an Activity Code

  1. To access the Activity Page:
  2. Make a choice in the Select an Option dropdown menu for each action as needed.

    Note: You can type the activity code or description in the field to bring up the desired item.
  3. If the action is associated with an attachment folder in Applied Epic or Applied TAM, enter the folder name in the Attachment Folder field.

    To remove an activity code from an action, click the X in its dropdown menu.
