System Activities
Organizations with Applied TAM Sync and Applied Epic Sync can set up
activities to allow the assignment of different activity codes for different
service requests and ensure that the appropriate code is assigned to an
event. You can choose specific activity codes for each request. That assigned
activity then syncs back to your agency management system.
If you do not use this feature, all activities that sync back to your
system will have the same activity code.
There are special considerations for Applied Epic and Applied TAM users.
- Applied Epic
- If an activity code matches a code in Applied Epic that is
associated with a Further Action, after syncing to Applied Epic,
the further actions are triggered.
- For each activity code listed on the page, you can select a
Specific Activity Code by Main
Menu. The Activity
page now allows you to clear activities that have been added for
service requests. You can also clear activities that were
generated for service requests.
- When the activity writes back to Applied Epic for the service
request, if an attachment folder is selected, the attachments
go in that folder.
- The Activity Codes
dropdown menu populates with the activities that are available
in Applied Epic, ensuring that the codes match in Applied CSR24
and Applied Epic. Activity codes assigned to system events are
not available for selection.
- Applied TAM
- Organizations that use Applied TAM can use this feature to
specify attachment categories. When an activity writes back to
Applied TAM, the attachments are placed in the specified attachment
category.
Assign an Activity Code
- To access the Activity Page:
- From insured detail, click Home>
System Admin > Activity.
- From any other area of the program, click Home
> System Admin > Activity on the options bar or click
System Admin
> Activity on the navigation panel
- Make a choice in the Select
an Option dropdown menu for each action as needed.
Note: You
can type the activity code or description in the field to bring up
the desired item.
- If the action is associated with an attachment folder in Applied
Epic or Applied TAM, enter the folder name in the Attachment
Folder field.
To remove an activity code from an action, click the X in its dropdown
menu.
