Colors

Here you can determine the color theme that displays when an insured client accesses a workflow (for example, issuing a certificate or adding a driver to a policy) and ensure that it matches the branding used for the rest of your portal.

In order to access this area, you must have View rights for Agency in the Level Setup section in CSR Detail or Producer detail. To use this feature, you must have Edit rights.

1. To access the Colors area:
   • From insured detail, click Home > System Admin > Colors.
   • From any other area of the program, click Home > System Admin > Colors on the options bar or click System Admin > Colors on the navigation panel.
2. To make any modifications to the settings, click the Edit button.
   1. Optionally enter an image URL in the Background Image field.
   2. To change the colors for any of the following, hover your cursor over the square displaying to the right of the field, make the desired modifications in the color selector popup, and click OK.
      • Page Background Color: Background of the page launched when accessing a workflow.
      • Text Color: Non-hyperlink text.
      • Link Color: Hyperlink text.
      • Link Color 2: Not used.
      • Link Color 3: Not used.
      • Button Color: Button background.
      • Button Text: Button labels.
      • Faded TitleBar Color: Background of any field label.
   3. Select a Font to be used for text on the portal.
   4. Disregard the Click here to view your i-CSR account with these colors link, as this pertains to functionality supported in a prior version of Applied CSR24.
   5. Click Save to apply your changes or Cancel to discard them.
