Licenses
The Licenses area enables you
to enter license information for issuing New York auto ID cards. It can
also be used to enter a license for retrieving docs and recent payments
and writing Sync activities into Applied TAM, Applied Vision, or Applied
Epic.
In order to access this area, you must have View
rights for Agency in the Level Setup section in CSR Detail
or Producer detail. To use this feature, you must have Add, Edit,
and/or Delete rights.
To access this area:
- From insured detail, click Home
> System Admin > Licenses.
- From any other area of the program, click Home
> System Admin > Licenses on the options bar or click
System Admin
> Licenses on the navigation panel.
To add a license, click Add
and select a License
Type. The remaining fields to be filled out vary, depending on
your selection.
After you add a license type, you can test the sync.
New York Auto ID
New York auto ID license information is provided by the New York State
Department of Motor Vehicles. If your organization is licensed to issue
New York auto IDs, enter a Description,
Private Key, License
Number, and the
Pass Phrase or
PIN that were provided to you.

NY License Method Setup
If your agency has more than one New York Auto ID License configured,
the NY License page in Setup allows you to choose your
organization’s Default NY License method
and whether you select licenses by Agency or Branch. Ensure you have configured
all Licenses before you use the Setup
option.
- From the options bar, click Setup,
then Edit.
- To define a NY Auto ID License as your system default, select a
license
on the Default NY License
dropdown menu.
- Select Agency
or Branch
on the Select NY License by Agency
or Branch? dropdown menu to define how you select configured
NY Licenses during the Auto ID issuance process.
Once you have configured your Setup
options, you need to update the NY License
Method field in Agencies
and/or Branches
to assign a License.
Applied TAM Sync
- Description: Used to identify
the license in the Licenses
list; typically TAM Sync.
- Service URL: Site provided
by Applied.
- License Key: It is no longer
required to enter the License Key;
this information is now hardcoded in the system.
- Default Activity Type:
Enter an existing Applied TAM activity
code to use for activities synced from Applied CSR24. You can
configure additional Activity codes per Service
Request in System Activities.
- TAMCentral Agency ID: Applies
only to Applied TAMCloud agencies; can be obtained from Applied Support.
- User Name: Valid Applied
TAM user code. Must be entered in all capital letters. When there
is no servicing role assigned to an account, the activity syncs back
to the employee specified here.
- Password: Password for
the User Name entered above.
- Attachment Category: Select
an Applied TAM attachment category to assign to Applied CSR24-generated
attachments. You can configure additional Attachment
Categories per Service Request
in System Activities.
Applied Vision Sync
- Description: Used to identify
the license in the Licenses
list; typically Vision Sync.
- Service URL: Site provided
by Applied.
- License Key: Vision Management
System license number specific to your agency. This is provided by
Applied VisionCloud.
- Default Activity Type:
Activity code existing in Vision that will be used for activities
synced from CSR24. This is optional.
- Vision Agency ID: Provided
by Applied.
- User Name: Valid, active
Vision user code. When there is no servicing role assigned to an account,
the activity syncs back to the employee specified here.
- Password: Password for
the User Name entered above.
Applied Epic Sync
- Description: Used to identify
the license in the Licenses
list; typically Epic Sync.
- Service URL: Site provided
by Applied.
- Authentication Key: Information
provided by Applied.
- Database: Information provided
by Applied.
- Activity Type: Enter an
existing Applied Epic activity
code to use for activities synced from Applied CSR24. You can
configure additional Activity codes per Service
Request in System
Activities.
- Employee Code: Valid employee
code existing in Applied Epic. When there is no servicing role assigned
to an account, the activity syncs back to the employee specified here.
- Attachment Folder: Select
an Applied Epic attachment folder to assign to Applied CSR24-generated
attachments. You can configure additional Attachment
folders per Service Request
in System
Activities.
Secondary Epic Sync
- Description: Used to identify
the license in the Licenses
list; typically Secondary Epic Sync.
- Service URL: Site provided
by Applied.
- Authentication Key: Information
provided by Applied.
- Database: Information provided
by Applied.
- Activity Type: Enter an
existing Applied Epic Activity
Code to use for activities synced from Applied CSR24. You can
configure additional Activity codes per Service
Request in System
Activities.
- Employee Code: Valid employee
code in Applied Epic. This employee defaults as the
Who/Owner on activities for accounts with no servicing role
assigned.
- Attachment Folder: Select
an Applied Epic attachment folder to assign to Applied CSR24-generated
attachments. You can configure additional Attachment
folders per Service Request
in System
Activities.
Relay Sync
This license type is not applicable for U.S. agencies.
eQuote
This license type is not applicable for U.S. agencies.
Indio
- Description: Used to identify
the license in the Licenses
list; typically Indio.
- Service URL: Enter your
Indio URL (for example, mybrokerage.useindio.com).
- Secret: Generated by Indio;
can be obtained from Applied Support.
- Default: Select this checkbox
to set this license as your default. If you only have one Indio license,
the checkbox defaults selected.
Epic Policy Data Capture
- Description: Used to identify
the license in the Licenses
list; typically Epic Policy Data
Capture.
- License Number: Provided
by Indio.
SimplePIN
- Description: Used to identify
the license in the Licenses
list; typically SimplePIN.
- Service URL: Site provided
by Applied.
- Secret: Generated by SimplePIN,
can be obtained from Applied Customer Support.
Test a Sync
Use the Test feature to test the Applied CSR24. This allows you to resolve
issues when setting up or resolving problems with CSR24 Sync and Mobile
integration more quickly. If there is a problem with the license, the
results for the test provide details on the issue.
- Click System
Admin > Licenses on the navigation panel.
- Click the Sync
you want to test in the list.
- Click the Test
button.
- If there is a problem with the license, the results for the test
provide details on the issue.
