Send an Attachment via Email

  1. Locate the account and access the Attachments area.
  2. Up to 10,000 attachments for the selected entity display in the list below the search bar. Change the attachments that display in the list if necessary.
  1. Select the appropriate attachment(s) in the list.

    Note: If you select a DOC or DOCX file, you may want to consider converting it to PDF to prevent recipients from editing it. You can opt to convert DOC and DOCX files to PDF automatically during email distribution in System Settings, or convert them individually using the Convert to PDF action.
  2. Do one of the following:
  3. A new email message opens with the selected attachment attached. Complete and send it as you would any other email. The Attach to selection for the message may default, depending on the attachment you are sending. See Compose an Email Message for more information.
