The Move Attachment action enables you to move one or more attachments to another folder, another account, or a different item on the current account (for example, a different activity, policy, or claim). You can only move attachments to accounts to which you have structure access.

If you move a Client accessible attachment to a different account, it remains accessible through Applied CSR24 Self-Service, but only by the new client. The attachment retains any expiration date defined for Client Access, but the Client Accessed Date (the last time the client viewed the attachment) is removed.

  1. Locate the account and access the Attachments area.
  2. Up to 10,000 attachments for the selected entity display in the list below the search bar. Change the attachments that display in the list if necessary.
  1. Click the attachment you wish to move in the list.

    Note: A hyperlink displays in the Folder Path field in the Detail section. Click the hyperlink to go directly to the folder in which the attachment is currently saved.
