Reactivate an Attachment

Use this feature to reactivate a deleted attachment.

  1. Locate the account in question and access the Attachments area.
  2. Use the search bar above the list to locate inactive attachments. Select Inactive from the first dropdown menu and Only from the second dropdown menu and then click Find to populate the list.

Note: The list can display a maximum of 10,000 attachments.

  1. Enter additional search criteria to filter the list of attachments if necessary.
  2. Click to select the appropriate attachment.
  3. Do one of the following:
  4. You are prompted, "Do you wish to reactivate this attachment?" Click Yes.
