Client Access Log for Servicing Personnel
Use the Client Access Log to review the users who have accessed specific
activities and policies on a particular client, from the activity list
and policy list screens. This logging can be helpful, for example, if
a client calls your office with a question about their account and then
calls back later in the day wanting to speak to the same employee. The
log does not record specific changes to activities and policies, only
the fact that they were accessed.
You must enable audit logging in System
Settings to begin recording this information in your system.

screens a user opened.
