Instalment Schedule

Note: This article contains printing instructions that are only applicable if Applied Epic is installed locally on your computer. If you access Epic through a web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, you cannot print directly from within the system. See Printing for more information about the printing capabilities available from Epic Browser. All other steps in this article are applicable to both methods of accessing Epic unless stated otherwise.

  1. Locate the account in question and access the Transactions area.
  2. The Transactions list initially loads blank. Enter your desired search criteria to populate the list for the selected account.

    Note: The list can display a maximum of 500 transactions.
  3. You can change the columns that display in the list if you wish.
  1. Do one of the following:
  2. The Generate Installment Schedule screen displays with two lists.
  3. The top list shows all installment plans included on the transaction. Select an installment plan to see its details in the bottom list.
  4. Select the checkbox next to any installments you want included in the Installment Schedule report.
  5. If you want to include installment plans that have zero balances, select the Include zero balance installment plans checkbox.
  6. To print the contents of either list, click the Print button beside the list. Print this as you would any other document.
  7. After selecting all installments, click the Preview button.
  8. The Print Preview screen displays.

    Click Page Setup to specify the print parameters or to change the printer to which the form should be sent. Fill this window in as you would for any other document.

    Change the Zoom percentage to change the size of the document on the screen for easier viewing.

    Click the Single Page View , Double Page View , and Multiple Page View buttons to specify the number of pages that should display on the screen.

    Use the First Page, Previous Page, Next Page, and Last Page buttons to scroll through the pages on the screen, or enter the desired page number in the field provided and press [Enter].

    Click the Print button to print the report. Your Print window displays. Print the report as you would any other document.

    Click Close to exit the screen without printing.
