Change Who/Owner
Use this action to change the employee to whom an activity is assigned.
- Access the Activity List in one of the following areas:
- Select the activity
or activities
to be modified.
- Do one of the following:
- Click Actions
> Change Who/Owner on the menubar or options bar.
- Right click the desired activity and click Change
Who/Owner. (This is the only way to access the action from
the Home screen.)
- Select Employee
or Work Group,
then select a specific employee
or work group from the dropdown
menu.
- Optionally enter a Note.
The note’s Access level defaults
to Public but can be changed
if necessary.
- Click Finish.
