Allocation Entries Report

The Allocation Entries report is available as an On Demand report from the Allocation Configuration area and from the Receipts, Disbursements, Vouchers, and Journal Entries areas in the General Ledger. It is not available from the Reports/Marketing area. This report allows you to view the detail of all allocation methods and/or allocation structure groupings currently installed in the system.

Because methods may contain sensitive information, the values will not display on the report when it is run from the General Ledger.

You may also use the Allocation Structure Grouping and Allocation Method criteria and data elements when running the General Ledger Register, Status of Accounts, and Voucher reports in order to report on detail rows created by using an allocation. See General Ledger Reports for more information about these reports.
