Delete Expired Sticky Notes

Sticky Notes Configuration allows you to set the number of days before sticky notes that have expired are automatically deleted. Expiration dates for each note must be entered in the sticky note detail.

The Delete Expired Sticky Notes setting only affects sticky notes that have already expired. Once a note has expired, it will be deleted automatically when the specified number of days has passed.

As expired sticky note deletion is a simple cleanup task, it does not use the standard recurrence settings available for jobs in other areas of Applied Epic. The number of days you specify is the interval at which the job will run.

1. From the Home screen, click Configure on the navigation panel.
   
   From any other area of the program, do one of the following:
   
   • Click Home > Configure on the options bar.
   • Click Home > Configure on the menubar.

The Configure screen displays.

2. Click Job Management > Sticky Notes on the navigation panel.
3. Type a number in the Delete expired sticky notes every ___ days field.
4. Your changes are saved when you close the window.
