DDO Email Configuration

The Distribution Manager allows you to distribute additional attachments through email. In DDO Email configuration, you can set up Native Format Distribution, which allows you to send Applied Epic attachments through email from the Distribution Manager in their original file formats. You can optionally allow employees to change the native format option during distribution and combine all attachments in a single PDF instead.

1. From the Home screen, click Configure on the navigation panel.
   
   From any other area of the program, do one of the following:
   
   • Click the down arrow to the right of the Home options bar button and select Configure.
   • Click Home > Configure on the menubar. The Configure screen displays.
2. Click Job Management on the navigation panel, or Areas > Job Management on the menubar.
3. Click DDO Email on the navigation panel.
4. In the Native Format section, select the checkbox for each file type to be distributed in its original format.
5. If employees should be allowed to override this setting and distribute these items as PDF files, select the Allow servicing personnel to override this setting when distributing checkbox.
