In this area, configure global activity and attachment settings to help automate Rate Manager workflows. Set up activities to track business written or not written with each carrier, or generic activities for each Rate Manager session. Determine whether quote results from each session attach to the client’s account. Each carrier determines the format in which these results save.
Your selection for each setting applies to all users in the system; you cannot configure them on a per-user basis.
To save quote results from each Rate Manager session to the client’s Attachments list, select Default attach result information to client.
Exit the screen when you are finished. Your changes save automatically.
