Region Configuration

The Region structure allows grouping of agencies for reporting purposes. It is not a level that is specifically captured for client accounts, and it is not a part of the installed structure combinations.

1. From the Home screen, do one of the following:
   
   

   • Click Configure on the navigation panel.

   • Click the down arrow next to Home on the menubar and select Configure.

   • Click Areas > Configure on the menubar.

From any other area of the program, do one of the following:

1. • Click the down arrow to the right of the Home options bar button and select Configure.

   • Click Home > Configure on the menubar. The Configure screen displays.

2. Click Structure > Regions on the navigation panel. The Regions frame displays to the right of the navigation panel.

From here, you can do the following:

2. • Add a Region
     1. Do one of the following:
        • Click the Add button to the left of the Region list.
        • Click New > Region on the options bar.
        • Click File > New > Region on the menubar.
        • Press [Insert] on your keyboard.
     2. Enter a region Code. This field is required.
     3. Enter the new region's Name. This field is required.
     4. Click Finish or press [Enter] to add the region.
        
        Click Add to add this region and then enter the information for a second region.
        
        Click Cancel or press [Esc] to exit this workflow without saving your changes. You are prompted: "Do you wish to discard changes?" Click Yes.
   • Edit a Region
     1. Click the name of the region you to wish to revise, and then do one of the following:
        • Click the Edit button to the left of the Region list.
        • Click File > Open on the menubar.
        • Double click the name.
        • Press [Enter].
     2. Optionally revise the region's Code or Name.
     3. Click Finish or press [Enter] to add the region.
        
        Click Cancel or press [Esc] to exit this workflow without saving your changes. You are prompted: "Do you wish to discard changes?" Click Yes.
   • Delete a Region
     1. Click the name of the region you wish to delete, and then do one of the following:
        • Click the Delete button to the left of the Region list.
        • Click File > Delete on the menubar.
        • Press [Delete] on your keyboard.
     2. You are prompted: "Do you wish to delete this record?" Click Yes.
   • Print a List of Regions
     1. To print a list of the forms and endorsement, do one of the following:
        • Click the Print button to the left of the list.
        • Click Print > Listview on the options bar.
        • Click File > Print > Listview on the menubar.
     2. Print this list as you would any other document.
