Add a GL Budget

Note: This article contains printing instructions that are only applicable if Applied Epic is installed locally on your computer. If you access Epic through a web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, you cannot print directly from within the system. See Printing for more information about the printing capabilities available from Epic Browser. All other steps in this article are applicable to both methods of accessing Epic unless stated otherwise.

  1. Access the GL Budgeting area.
  2. Do one of the following:

  3. The Add Budget screen displays. Enter a Description for this budget.
  4. Your next steps differ, depending on the selection you make in the Create from dropdown menu:
  5. The Detail frame shows all rows included in the budget. To sort by a particular column, click on the column heading. Click the column heading again to sort in the reverse order.
  6. Use the Select Columns link to change the columns that display in the list and the order in which they display.
