CSIO
When you initiate a download (CSIO) session in this area, the system
retrieves download the files from your mailbox(es). Each CSIO session
generates a communication log, which contains information about the status
of the downloaded items.
Note: This
article contains printing instructions that are only applicable if Applied
Epic is installed locally on your computer. If you access Epic through
a web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge,
you cannot print directly from within the system. See Printing
for more information about the printing capabilities available from Epic
Browser. All other steps in this article are applicable to both methods
of accessing Epic unless stated otherwise.
- From the Home screen, do one of the following:
- Click Procedures
on the navigation panel.
- Click Areas
> Procedures on the menubar.
- Click the down
arrow next to Home
on the options bar and select Procedures.
From
any other area of the program, do one of the following:
- Click
the down
arrow to the right of the Home
options bar button and select Procedures.
- Click
Home
> Procedures on the menubar.
- Click Interface
Management > Assign Items in Suspense on the navigation
panel.
- Do one
of the following:
- Click
Actions
> CSIOnet on the options
bar.
- Click Actions > CSIOnet on the
menubar.
- The Communication Log Recipients
- CSIO screen displays.
Note: You
cannot edit this screen if the Communication Log Layout
is set to Custom – Layouts selected
to Print in Reports/Marketing in Interface
System Settings.
- You can change the people that receive a copy of the communication
log using the list at the top of the screen. When you select a recipient,
that person's options display in the Delivery Options frame.
- If you
want to change the printer settings for a selected recipient, click
to highlight the correct recipient
and click Change
Printer Settings to display the Print
window.
- Edit
Scheduling for the update. You can choose to update Now, or you can Schedule
it for later:
- Click
the Schedule
radio button.
- Select the date
and time
you want to run the log. Click the down
arrow for a pop-up calendar.
- Select the Recurrence frequency
for the log.
If you select anything but One
Time Only, the email is sent automatically at the interval and
time selected in this section. Consider scheduling lengthier updates to
run after business hours.
Click Finish
to run the update, and then click OK
on the Submitted for processing
message.
Click Cancel
to exit the screen without running the update.
