View Error Reports

Each time the Process Activities procedure is run for an Agency-Branch structure combination (either manually or on a scheduled basis), the system produces an error report if any errors occurr. The View Error Reports function allows you to view past error reports per agency-branch structure combination.

For instructions on setting the number of error reports to be saved per agency-branch combination, see Process Activities.

  1. From the Home screen, do one of the following:

From any other area of the program, do one of the following:

  1. Click Activities on the navigation panel or Areas > Activities on the menubar.
  2. Click View Error Reports on the navigation panel.
  3. A list of agency-branch combinations displays. Click on the agency-branch for which you wish to view error reports.
