Opportunities Reports

The following opportunity reports are available:

Hit Ratio Report

This report allows you to see how much business is being won and lost based on the number of Opportunities entered during a specific period of time. The report displays Opportunities, indicates whether they were Won or Lost, and displays the percentage of Opportunities won and lost for particular salespeople or the brokerage as a whole, based on the number of Opportunities closed during the specified time period.

Run this report monthly, or at least quarterly, to evaluate the progress of your sales staff toward their goals.

Forecast Report

The Forecast Report allows you to see the opportunities that are targeted to close during a specific time period. The Complete Detail layout displays all data for each opportunity based on the report criteria selected. The Summary Layout includes totals from the detail of each opportunity based on the criteria selected.  

Pipeline Report

This report displays Opportunities that are currently in process, their owners, their Stage Group, their current Stage, and their Target close dates. This report helps sales staff, as well as their Sales Managers, keep track of the open opportunities they are working on. Two layouts are available: a Complete Detail layout and a Summary layout. The Complete Detail Layout displays all data for each opportunity based on the report criteria selected. The Summary layout includes totals from the detail of each opportunity based on the report criteria selected.

Sales Report

This report displays employees’ and brokers’ current sales figures and measures their progress toward their sales targets.
