Rating Services Installer

In this area, you can install Applied Rating Services directly from within Applied Epic. You must have a valid Applied Rating Services licence to run this utility.

If you are accessing Applied Epic through a web browser, download and install Applied Rating Services from Help > Connection Suite. This installation requires a valid Rating Services licence and the latest versions of the Applied Epic Browser Extension and Applied Epic Desktop Connector.

1. From the Home screen, do one of the following:
   • Click Utilities on the navigation panel.
   • Click Areas > Utilities on the menubar.
   • Click the down arrow next to Home on the options bar and select Utilities.

   From any other area of the program, do one of the following:

   • Click the down arrow to the right of the Home options bar button and select Utilities.
   • Click Home > Utilities on the menubar.
2. Click Add-Ons on the navigation panel or Areas > Add-Ons on the menubar.
   
   Note: Because this is a Canada-only feature, the Add-Ons option displays only if your Default language is set to English (Canada) in Region and Language Configuration.
3. In the navigation panel, click Rating Services Installer.
4. If a current license for Applied Rating Services is detected, the installation wizard launches. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation process.
