Open Account With Language

This action enables you to view an account, as well as all related screens (account detail, contacts, policies, transactions, claims, and activities), in a language other than the current Applied Epic default. You can use this option, for example, to service a particular client whose preferred language is different from the language used by the majority of your clients.

This language setting is in place only until you close the account screens. The next time you open the account, it will open by default in the primary language established in Regional Settings. The default language can also be determined at the individual employee level through User Options.

  4. Select English (United States), English (Canada), or French (Canada). The account detail opens in the selected language. Use the navigation panel to access other screens for the account.
