Open Account With Language
This action enables you to view an account, as well as all related screens
(account detail, contacts, policies, transactions, claims, and activities),
in a language other than the current Applied Epic default. You can use
this option, for example, to service a particular client whose preferred
language is different from the language used by the majority of your clients.
This language setting is in place only until you close the account screens.
The next time you open the account, it will open by default in the primary
language established in Regional
Settings. The default language can also be determined at the individual
employee level through User
Options.
- To access Accounts from the Home screen, do one of the following:
- Click Accounts
on the navigation panel.
- Click Areas
> Accounts on the menubar.
- Click the down
arrow next to Home
on the options bar and select Accounts.
- Click Locate
on the options bar.
To access Accounts from another area
of the program, do the following:
- Click Home
> Accounts on the menubar.
- Click the down
arrow next to Home
on the options bar and select Accounts.
- Click Locate
on the options bar.
- Locate the
appropriate account.
- Do one of the following:
- On the menubar or options bar, click Actions
> Open Account With Language.
- Right click the account
and select Open
Account With Language.
- Select English
(United States), English
(Canada), or French
(Canada). The account detail opens in the selected language.
Use the navigation panel to access other screens for the account.
