Remarket a Policy (Master Marketing Submission)

This function is generally used to renew a master marketing submission that is in history, selecting some or all of the carrier submissions from the last time the policy was marketed.

  1. Locate the account in question and access the Policies area.
  2. Click the word Policies in the view filter and select Marketed.

  1. Click on the correct master marketing submission. Change the master marketing submissions that display in the list if necessary.
  1. Do one of the following:
  2. You are prompted: "The new marketing submission will not include any revisions to related current policies." Click OK to continue.
  3. Choose to remarket the information To current account (default) or To another account.
  4. If you select To another account, enter the Lookup code of the account to which you wish to remarket or click the lookup button .
    1. In the Account Lookup pop-up window, filter by Account Name or Lookup code, enter at least one character in the Search field and click Find.
    2. Click to highlight the appropriate Account and click Finish.
  5. The Name of the submission that you are remarketing defaults in but can be changed if necessary.
  6. Optionally enter the Effective and Expiration date.
  7. If a source was cited for the original marketed policy, it defaults in the Source field. This can be changed if necessary.
  8. The Agency, Branch, and Department default but can be amended.
  9. Deselect the checkbox next to any line of business that you do not wish to remarket, or click the Deselect All link label to uncheck all of the lines listed.
  10. The Line, Status, and Profit center display for the highlighted line of business. These can be updated if necessary.
  11. The Issuing Location is informational only.
  12. Select the checkbox for each carrier/ carrier submission to use when remarketing.

    Note: To remarket a carrier submission line of business, you must select the corresponding marketing submission line of business.
  13. Click Detail to view submission detail.

    Click Finish to complete the workflow.
  14. The Submission Status pop-up window displays. Select the appropriate Current submission status.
