Indio Submissions
If your organization has an Indio subscription and you are using Applied
Epic Browser, click Indio
Submissions on the navigation panel to view the client’s submissions.
You can only access this area if you have an Epic Quotes license.
If you have not already synced your Applied Epic credentials with Indio,
click Actions >
Export to Indio on the options bar or menubar to sync your Epic
and Indio accounts. You only need to sync your accounts once.
The following actions are available on this page:
- + New Indio Submission:
Navigate to Indio to create a new submission on the client’s account.
- View in Indio: Navigate
to Indio to view details for the selected submission.
- Renew: Navigate to Indio
to create a renewal submission. This option is only available if the
submission’s effective date has passed.
- Archive Submission: Archive
the Indio submission to hide it from the Active
view in both Indio and Applied Epic. You can still display it in the
Archive view. This option
is only available if the submission’s effective date has passed.
- Unarchive: Unarchive the
Indio submission so it displays in the Active
view in both Indio and Applied Epic. This option is only available
from the Archive view.
