Change Who/Owner

Use this action to change the employee to whom an activity is assigned.

  1. Access the Activities list in one of the following areas:

  2. Select the activity or activities to be modified.
  3. Do one of the following:

  4. Indicate whether the Who/Owner is an Employee or Work Group, then select an employee or work group from the dropdown menu.
  5. Optionally enter a Note. The note’s Access level defaults to Public but can be changed if necessary.
  6. Click Finish.
