Change Who/Owner
Use this action to change the employee to whom an activity is assigned.
Access the Activities
list in one of the following areas:
- Select the activity
or activities
to be modified.
Do one of the
following:
- Click Actions
> Change Who/Owner on the menubar or options bar.
- Right click the desired activity and click Change
Who/Owner (this is the only way to access the action from
the Home screen).
- Indicate whether the Who/Owner
is an Employee
or Work Group,
then select an employee or work
group from the dropdown menu.
- Optionally enter a Note.
The note’s Access level defaults
to Public but can be changed
if necessary.
- Click Finish.
