Renew a Client Contract Service

  1. Locate the account in question and access the Client Contracts area.
  2. Click Services in the navigation panel.
  3. A list of services for the selected client displays. Change the services that display in the list if necessary.
  1. Click to highlight the service you wish to renew and do one of the following:
  2. The Renew Service pop-up window displays. The fields default with information from the existing service. Make any desired changes to these fields.
    1. Choose a different Service if applicable.
    2. Optionally update the Contract number, Description, Term, Inception, and Expiration.
    3. Make any necessary changes to the Agency, Branch, Department, and Profit Center.
  3. The Default section lists a checkbox for each tab in the existing service's detail. To copy information from these tabs to the renewed service, select the checkbox for each tab you wish to copy:
  4. If you wish to associate the service's existing attachments with the renewed service, select the Attachments checkbox.
  5. Click the Detail button to display the Service Detail screen. Make changes as necessary.
