Premium Proof Processing

Premium Proof Processing was designed for agencies that utilize other software, such as Applied CSR24, as a premium certificate processing platform and do not use certificates or evidences in Applied Epic. It redirects users to this software.

Premium Proof Processing displays in the navigation panel only if it is enabled through Policy System Settings Configuration.

To access the Premium Proof Processing area, follow the steps below.

1. Locate the appropriate client .
   1. To access Accounts from the Home screen, do one of the following:
      • Click Accounts on the navigation panel.
      • Click Areas > Accounts on the menubar.
      • Click the down arrow next to Home on the options bar and select Accounts.
      • Click Locate on the options bar.

   To access Accounts from another area of the program, do one of the following:

   1. • Click Home > Accounts on the menubar.
      • Click the down arrow next to Home on the options bar and select Accounts.
      • Click Locate on the options bar.

   2. In the Locate account dropdown list, select Client.
   3. In the Locate by dropdown list, select the appropriate option.

   4. Select the suitable checkbox or checkboxes to the right.
      

      • Insureds
      • Prospects
      • Active
      • Inactive
   5. Enter the first few letters of the name, lookup code, phone number, etc. (depending on the selection in the Locate by dropdown list) and press [Enter] or click Locate.
   6. The Results list displays all of the accounts that match the criteria you entered. Click on a column heading to sort the list by that category. For example, to sort by last name in ascending order, click the Last Name column heading. To sort in descending order, click the Last Name column heading again.
      
      Highlight the desired client in the Results list.
2. Click Proofs of Insurance on the navigation panel, or click Areas > Proofs of Insurance on the menubar.
3. Click the Premium Processing link under the Proofs of Insurance navigation panel button.
4. Click Certificates or Evidences under Premium Processing. The web site specified in Policy System Settings Configuration (e.g., Applied CSR24) opens in a new window, allowing you to process the certificate or evidence.
