Delete a Binder

Users with proper security access can delete open binders. Otherwise, a binder must be closed in order to be deleted.

  1. Locate the client in question and access the Proofs of Insurance area.
  2. Click Binders under Proofs of Insurance on the navigation panel.

    Note: You can access binders from the Policies area by clicking Access > Proofs > Binders > Open Binders or Closed Binders on the options bar or menubar.
  3. A list of binders for the selected client displays. Click the word Binders in the view filter.

  1. Two choices display:

Click on Closed.

Note: Only closed binders can be deleted.

  1. Click the binder you wish to delete.
  2. Do one of the following:
  3. You are prompted, "Do you wish to delete this record?" Click Yes.
