The system lets you integrate your database with a government-maintained Do Not Call list. This means that when contacts and clients are added, their phone numbers are checked against the list. When a match is found, the label DNC displays next to the phone number in contact detail. If your organization obtains permission to call this number, you can override the DNC tag by changing the Permission? field in contact detail to Obtained.
From the Home screen, do one of the following:
Click Configure on the navigation panel.
Click the down arrow next to Home on the menubar and select Configure.
Click Areas > Configure on the menubar.
From any other area of the program, do one of the following:
Click the down arrow to the right of the Home options bar button and select Configure.
Click Home > Configure on the menubar. The Configure screen displays.
Click DNC Subscription Information on the navigation panel.
Select the country for which you are entering subscription information and click the edit button.
Enter the organization name you have on file.
Enter your Subscription account number (SAN).
Select your SAN expiration date.
Select your Subscription Type:
Selected Area Codes
If you choose Selected Area Codes, enter the area codes you are allowed to use:
Click the Add button beside
the list.
Enter an area code and click Add.
Continue entering area codes for which you have rights. Click Finish when you are done.
If
you need to remove an area code from the list, click on it and click
the Delete
button .
Read the terms of the Legal Agreement. Select the Agree with Terms and Conditions checkbox to confirm that you agree to these terms. You cannot save changes unless you agree to the terms.
Click Finish after selecting the Agree checkbox.
