Update Schedule

To ensure compliance with the Do Not Call list, schedule updates to your system at least every 31 days. These updates check all client and contact phone numbers in your system against the most current list.

Lists of numbers that are designated Do Not Call are distributed in XML or text format. If you run Applied Epic on-premises, you must import these files manually to update your records. Importing the files before each scheduled update is recommended, to ensure that the list you are checking against is up to date. See Import Do Not Call Lists for more information. The list is kept current automatically for Applied EpicCloud organizations.

If you subscribe to Do Not Call lists for multiple countries, the update schedule that you define here applies to all lists integrated in your system. The lists are checked with the same frequency.

  1. From the Home screen, do one of the following:

From any other area of the program, do one of the following:

  1. Click Account on the navigation panel or Areas > Account on the menubar.
  2. Click DNC Update Schedule on the navigation panel.
  3. Click in the red-outlined field and enter the desired number of days. This determines the frequency at which your contact numbers are compared to the Do Not Call list.
