Automated Actions Configuration

For increased efficiency, automate the process of archiving from Leads Inbox after a specific period of time and determine when leads are purged to reduce clutter, comply with your organization’s data security standards, and act in accordance with other requirements and best practices.

  1. From the Home screen, do one of the following:

From any other area of the program, do one of the following:

  1. Click Leads Inbox on the navigation panel or Areas > Leads Inbox on the menubar.
  2. Click Automated Actions on the navigation panel.
  3. From here, you can manage automation for the following processes:
  4. Click Finish to save your changes.

    Click Cancel to exit the screen without saving changes. You are prompted, "Do you wish to discard changes?" Click Yes.
