Automated Actions Configuration
For increased efficiency, automate the process of archiving from Leads
Inbox after a specific period of time and determine when leads are purged
to reduce clutter, comply with your organization’s data security standards,
and act in accordance with other requirements and best practices.
- From the Home screen, do one of the following:
- Click Configure
on the navigation panel.
- Click the down
arrow next to Home
on the menubar and select Configure.
- Click Areas
> Configure on the menubar.
From any other area of the program, do one
of the following:
- Click the down
arrow to the right of the Home
options bar button and select Configure.
- Click Home
> Configure on the menubar. The Configure
screen displays.
- Click Leads
Inbox on the navigation panel or Areas
> Leads Inbox on the menubar.
- Click Automated
Actions on the navigation panel.
- From here, you can manage automation for the following processes:
- Click Finish
to save your changes.
Click Cancel
to exit the screen without saving changes. You are prompted, "Do
you wish to discard changes?" Click Yes.
