CSIO eSlips/eDelivery Configuration

Agencies in Canada enter their agency's CSIO eSlips/eDelivery credentials to use the CSIO’s My Proof of Insurance eDelivery solution to send digital documents including proofs of auto insurance to your insured. Once an upload to the CSIO eDelivery service is successfully completed, the customer receives a secure email with a link to download their digital documents and eSlips to their mobile phone’s digital wallet. CSIO eSlips/eDelivery is not applicable to U.S. agencies.

CSIO eSlips/eDelivery in Applied Epic is setup by branch, and credentials are required per branch. For each CSIO account, you can select the messaging of the outgoing email by configuring it on the CSIO site. These branch-specific messages enables you to customize the content in the outgoing email to your insureds.

To use CSIO eSlips/eDelivery, you must enter your CSIO API eDelivery credentials prior to using this capability. To register for an account, complete the request form on the CSIO website. A CSIO account is not required to create an eDelivery account but if you would like to have a CSIO user account, you can go to the CSIO website to create one. A confirmation email will be sent with the login credentials—note that you need only the API Level account credentials. If your brokerage registered for the eDelivery solution prior to 28 May 2018, or if you misplaced your welcome emails, you can email CSIO to have your credentials resent. 1. From the Home screen, do one of the following:
• Click Configure on the navigation panel.
• Click the down arrow next to Home on the menubar and select Configure.
• Click Areas > Configure on the menubar.

From any other area of the program, do one of the following:

• Click the down arrow to the right of the Home options bar button and select Configure.
• Click Home > Configure on the menubar. The Configure screen displays.

2. Click Proofs on the navigation panel or Areas > Proofs on the menubar.
3. Click CSIO eSlips/eDelivery on the navigation panel.
• Add a User CSIO eSlips/eDelivery Credential
  1. Click the Add button to the left of the list.
  2. Enter your Name and Password.
  3. Select a Branch. A branch can only be associated to one user. If you try to select the same branch for multiple users a message displays when you try to add the credential.
  4. Click Finish or press [Enter] to complete the credential.
     
     Click Add to add this credential and create another one.
     
     Click Cancel  to exit the workflow without saving changes.
• Edit a User CSIO eSlips/eDelivery Credential
  1. Select a user credential in the list.
  2. Click the Edit button to the left of the list.
  3. Update the Name and Password as necessary. You cannot edit the Branch.
  4. Click Finish to save your changes or Cancel to discard them.
• Delete a User CSIO eSlips/eDelivery Credential
  1. Select a user credential in the list
  2. Click the Delete button to the left of the list.
  3. You are prompted: "Do you wish to delete this record?" Click Yes.
