Quote Select List Configuration

Brokerages in the United Kingdom can configure quote select lists to filter the Quote Results list using predefined schemes. This functionality is not applicable to U.S. agencies.

1. From the Home screen, do one of the following:
• Click Configure on the navigation panel.
• Click the down arrow next to Home on the menubar and select Configure.
• Click Areas > Configure on the menubar.

From any other area of the program, do one of the following:

• Click the down arrow to the right of the Home options bar button and select Configure.
• Click Home > Configure on the menubar. The Configure screen displays.

2. Click Quotes on the navigation panel or Areas > Quotes on the menubar.
3. Click Quote Select List Setup on the navigation panel.
4. A list of quote select lists in your system displays. To change the sort order, click the column heading.
   
   You can do the following from here:
• Add Quote Select List
  1. Click the Add button to the left of the list.
  2. Enter a Name for the quote select list.
  3. Select the Branch for which the quote select list will be available.
  4. Select the Application Type for which the quote select list will be available. You must select a Branch before selecting an Application Type.
  5. The Available Schemes list populates based on your Application Type selection. Select the checkbox beside each scheme you want to add to the quote select list.
  6. Click Add to add this quote select list and create another one.
     
     Click Finish when you have finished adding quote select lists.
     
     Click Cancel to exit the workflow without saving your changes.
• Edit a Quote Select List
  1. Click the quote select list and then click the Edit button to the left of the list.
  2. Revise the Name of the quote select list if necessary.
  3. Select a different Branch and/or Application Type association if necessary. This clears any existing scheme selections.
  4. Select or deselect checkboxes in the Available Schemes list to revise your scheme selections as necessary.
  5. Click Finish to complete the quote select list.
     
     Click Cancel to exit the workflow without saving changes.
• Delete a Quote Select List

  a. Click to highlight the quote select list.

  b. Click the Delete button  to the left of the list.

  c. You are prompted, "Do you wish to delete this record?" Click Yes.
