On Demand Visibility Detail Report

When users belong to multiple Visibility profiles and may also inherit profiles from security groups to which they belong, it can become difficult to determine what profiles are in effect specific groups and users.

To help with that, you could use the On Demand report available for visibility profiles. The details of the report output can also be exported to Microsoft Excel.

  1. From Home, click Configure on the navigation panel.

    From any other area of the program, click Home > Configure on the menubar or options bar.
  2. Click Security > Visibility on the navigation panel.
  3. Click On Demand > Visibility Detail on the menubar or options bar.
  4. The Visibility Detail window displays. Select the Profile, Area, or Member radio button to determine how hidden areas will be sorted on the report.
  5. Select an item in the List Hidden Items By list to include it in the report. Hold the [Ctrl] or [Shift] key while clicking on items to make multiple selections. Use the search bar to filter the list of Profiles, Areas, or Members if necessary. The Areas Hidden or Members Hidden list populates based on your selections.
  6. Click the Preview button to view your report The Print Preview screen displays.

    Click Page Setup to specify the print parameters or to change the printer to which the document should be sent. Fill this window in as you would for any other document.

    Change the Zoom percentage to change the size of the document on the screen for easier viewing.

    Click the Single Page View , Double Page View , and Multiple Page View buttons to specify the number of pages that should display on the screen.

    Use the First Page, Next Page, Previous Page, and Last Page buttons to scroll through the pages on the screen, or enter the desired page number in the field provided and press [Enter].

    Click the Print button to print the document. Your Print window displays. Print this as you would any other document.

    Click the Excel button to export your report to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

    Click Cancel to close the Visibility Detail window.
