Finalize Receipts
- Click the receipt
in the list.
Note: When you
click on a receipt in the list, its status displays in the bottom left
corner of the screen.

- Activity status: If
an activity is attached to the selected receipt, this displays.
If not, this area is blank.
- Receipt status
- Bank status
- Outstanding: The
receipt has not been reconciled on a bank statement.
- Cleared: The receipt has been reconciled
on a bank statement.
- Do one
of the following:
- Click
Actions >
Finalize Receipt on the options bar.
- Click
Actions >
Finalize Receipt on the menubar.
- Right
click the receipt
and select Finalize
Receipt.
- You are prompted, "Do you wish to finalize this receipt?"
Click Yes.
