Reprint the Communication Log

  1. From the Home screen, do one of the following:

From any other area of the program, do one of the following:

  1. Click Interface Management > Assign Items in Suspense on the navigation panel.
  2. Do one of the following:
     
  3. Enter a From and to date for the communication log, or click the down arrow to the right of the fields to select the dates from dropdown calendars.
  4. Click Locate.
  5. Select the checkbox next to each batch interface session to be reprinted, or click the Select All link label to reprint all of the displayed sessions.
  6. Make a choice in the Select layout dropdown menu.
  7. Click Print to print the selected communication log(s). Print this as you would any other document.

Click Preview to display the communication log(s) in a preview window.

 

Click Cancel to close the Reprint Communication Log window without reprinting anything.
