Reset Password

The Reset Password utility allows you to change a user’s password but does not allow access to any other features found in Login Configuration.

  1. To access Utilities from the Home screen, do one of the following:

From any other area of the program, do one of the following:

  1. Click Logins on the navigation panel or Areas > Logins on the menubar.
  2. Click Reset Password on the navigation panel.
  3. Click to highlight the appropriate login in the list.

    Note: Click the Include Inactive link to include inactive logins in the list.
  4. Click the Edit button or double click the login.
  5. Type the new password in the New password field. Each character displays as an asterisk.
  6. Type the new password in the Confirm password field. Each character displays as an asterisk.
  7. Click Finish or press [Enter] to complete the workflow.

Click Cancel or press [Esc] to exit the screen without changing the password.
