Reset Password
The Reset Password utility allows you to change a user’s password but
does not allow access to any other features found in Login
Configuration.
To access Utilities from the Home
screen, do one of the following:
- Click Utilities
on the navigation panel.
- Click Areas
> Utilities on the menubar.
- Click the down
arrow next to Home
on the options bar and select Utilities.
From any other area of the program, do one
of the following:
- Click Areas
> Utilities on the menubar.
- Click the down
arrow next to Home
on the options bar and select Utilities.
- Click Logins
on the navigation panel or Areas
> Logins on the menubar.
- Click Reset
Password on the navigation panel.
- Click to highlight the appropriate login
in the list.
Note: Click
the Include Inactive link
to include inactive logins in the list.
- Click the Edit
button or double click the login.
- Type the new password in the New
password field. Each character displays as an asterisk.
- Type the new password in the Confirm
password field. Each character displays as an asterisk.
- Click Finish
or press [Enter]
to complete the workflow.
Click Cancel
or press [Esc]
to exit the screen without changing the password.
