Activity Entries

Activity entries are recorded when any activity takes place in a customer or prospect account. Activity entries serve many purposes, including the following:

• Specify marketing plans used to classify and process the agency's activities for customers or prospects
• Specify the categories of activities to complete within the various stages of marketing plans, such as generating prospect formletters.
• Define recurring activities, dates within which to follow up the activities, and actions to take when activities are not followed up.
• Specify formletters to be generated automatically as a result of certain activities.
• Provide a history of client business based on the activities that take place.
