Complete View Detail Screen
Receivables History
The Receivables History view includes what has been billed to the client for this item and what the client has paid. Information displays in the following columns:
- Item #: Transaction number.
- Date: The first line for an item displays the date the item was billed. Subsequent lines display the date each payment was made.
- Trans: Transaction code.
- Type: Policy type.
- Due Date: The first line for an item displays the receivable due date. Subsequent lines display the date each payment was made.
- B: Bill Mode
- BCo: Billing company
- Description: Transaction/payment description
- Amount: The first line for an item displays the amount billed. Subsequent lines display the amount of each payment.
The Item Balance between amounts billed and amounts paid displays at the bottom of the list.
Payables History
The Payables History view includes what has been paid to the company and what is still owed. If a transaction with agency commission is entered, the Payables History view displays as blank until a reconciliation is done. Information displays in the following columns:
- Item #: Transaction number.
- Journal #: Cash journal used to issue the payment. If the item is reconciled but not yet paid, the Journal # column is blank.
- Date: Date of the reconciliation (if reconciled but not paid) or check (if paid).
- Stat/Check: Reconciliation statement number (if reconciled but not paid) or check number (if paid).
- Check Amount: If reconciled but not yet paid, this displays as $0.00. Otherwise, the amount of the check.
- Payment: Total amount of reconciliation.
Receivables/Payable History
A combination of the Receivables History and Payables History views, the Receivables/Payable History view includes what has been billed to the client and what the client has paid as well as what is owed to and has been paid to the company. Information displays in the following columns:
- Item #: Transaction number.
- Trans: Transaction code.
- Due Date/Description: The first line for the item displays the receivable due date. Every subsequent line displays the description for the payment made by the client.
- Date: The first line for an item displays the date the item was billed. Subsequent lines display the date each payment was made.
- Amount: The first line for an item displays the amount billed. Subsequent lines display the amount of each payment. The remaining Balance Due displays at the bottom of the column.
- Net Due: The first line for the item displays the total amount due to the company for this item. Subsequent lines display the amounts of payments made to the company. The remaining Balance Due to the company displays at the bottom of the column.
- Date: Date of the reconciliation (if reconciled but not paid) or check (if paid).
- Stat/Check: Reconciliation statement number (if reconciled but not paid) or check number (if paid).
Accounting Notes
The Accounting Notes view includes all accounting notes entered for this item. Information displays in the following columns:
- I: Indicates which Report Options are selected for this note, i.e., which reports the note can appear on.

- N: Neither report selected
- P: Company Payables Report only
- R: Receivables Report only
- B: Both reports selected
- Report: Matches the information in the I column (No Reports, Company Payables Report, Receivables Report, or All Reports).

Production Detail
The Production Detail view displays transaction information in the following fields:
- Item: Transaction number.
- Operator ID: User who entered the transaction.
- Eff Date: Transaction effective date.
- Month: Transaction accounting month.
- Due Date: Receivable due date.
- Invoice: Invoice number, if applicable.
- Agency: Transaction agency.
- Branch: Transaction branch.
- Dept: Transaction department.
- Pr1-Pr3: The first column lists the producer code, the second column lists the producer commission type (%, $, or @), and the third column lists the commission percentage (if % or @) or amount (if $).
- Com1-Com3: Commission amount for each producer (calculated based on the Pr1-Pr3 fields).
- Total %: Total % of the premium that is agency/producer commission.
- Total $: Total amount of the premium that is agency/producer commission.
- Pol #: Policy number.
- Bill: Bill mode.
- Type: Policy type.
- ICo: Issuing Company.
- BCo: Billing Company.
- Co Paid?: Y indicates that the company has been paid.
- Print?: Y indicates that the item is flagged to print on an invoice.
- Lien: Lienholder (if applicable).
A frame at the bottom of the window displays the following transaction information:
- Trans Date: Transaction date.
- Trans: Transaction code.
- DocType

- If blank, item is not reconciled.
- If S, item is reconciled but not paid.
- If C, item is reconciled and paid.
- Refer
-
- If DocType is blank, Refer is also blank.
- If DocType is S, Refer is the reconciliation statement number.
- If DocType is C, Refer is the check number issued to the company.
- Description: Transaction description.
- Amount: Total receivable amount of transaction.
- Balance: Remaining receivable amount due.
Item Summary
The Item Summary view displays transaction information in the following fields:
- Item: Transaction number.
- Trans Date: Transaction date.
- Eff Date: Transaction effective date.
- Month: Transaction accounting month.
- Due Date: Receivable due date.
- Agency: Transaction agency.
- Branch: Transaction branch.
- Dept: Transaction department.
- Loan #: Loan number (if applicable).
- Pr1-Pr3: Producer codes.
- Pol #: Policy number.
- Bill: Bill mode.
- Type: Policy type.
- ICo: Issuing company.
- BCo: Billing company.
- Lien: Lienholder (if applicable).
The Accounts Receivable frame displays the following information:
- Amount: Total receivable amount.
- Paid: Amount paid by the client.
- Balance: Remaining receivable amount due.
The Accounts Payable frame displays the following information:
Under Agency:

- Net: Amount due to the company.
- Adjust: Difference between the adjusted amount due and the original amount due, if changes were made via Update Transactions in a different accounting month than the month in which the transaction was filed originally.
- Total: Adjusted amount due, if a value displays in the Adjust field (Net + Adjust = Total).
- Paid: Amount paid to the company.
- Due: Remaining amount due to the company.
Under Producers, in a separate column for each producer:

- Com: Total amount of commission the producer receives.
- Earn: Amount of commission currently earned by the producer, if set up to pay on partially or fully paid items.
- Adjust: Adjustment to producer commission amount, if changes were made via Update Transactions in a different accounting month than the month in which the transaction was filed originally.
- Due: Remaining amount to be earned by the producer (Com - Earned + Adjust = Due).
