You view a conglomerate as you would any account in the Customer List, but using the following steps enables you to easily move between the main account and subaccounts.
At Home Base, click Clients & Files.
From the dropdown menu, select Customers.
Click Options and select Conglomerate Customer.
When the Conglomerate window opens, select the Parent account in the Available Parents list and click Jump to Client. The Parent (main account) detail screen opens.
If you are on the Parent screen, click Options and select Conglomerate Customer to access a list of all subaccounts. Select the account you wish to go to and click Jump to Client.
