The Dashboard enables you to quickly access the following information, helping you to make informative and efficient business decisions:
To access the Dashboard from within TAM, from Home Base, click the Dashboard button.
To access the Dashboard from outside TAM, on your Desktop, click Start > All Programs > Applied Systems > Dashboard.
Dashboard Reports are set up through TAM Reports and displayed as graphical charts on the Dashboard. The reports can be set up to run during Night Utility Job System or run immediately to display the most current data.
Dashboard reports are run for the purpose of displaying information on the Dashboard only and cannot be printed as a regular reports, but only as the displayed charts.
Note: To print full reports, run regular reports through TAM Reports. See Run a Report.
Right click on a chart to select the format, Pie or Bar.
The right click menu also enables you to perform the following functions:
The Employee In/Out Box displays on the Dashboard so that you can quickly see who is in the office and who is out without accessing the In/Out Box on Home Base. For more information, see Employee In/Out Box.
Dashboard displays unread email from your Inbox at the top of the screen. Right click anywhere in the Inbox to display a menu with standard email options.

Access your favorite websites using Links. For instructions on adding, revising, or deleting links, see Define TAM Links.
Right click inside the Message Center to create or modify messages to display on the Dashboard.
Note: Messages created through the Dashboard display only on the Dashboard, not within TAM. Messages created within TAM from the Home Base Message Center, however, can be designated to display on the Home Base Message Center, Dashboard, or both.
