Update License

This feature is used to update your agency/broker license when changes occur, such as increasing the number of seats licensed.

 

  1. From Security Manager, access the System menu and select Update License.
  2. Enter your Client ID.
  3. Enter your License ID.
  4. To confirm your changes, click Update.


  5. Click Yes, to confirm your changes.

  6. Click Ok to complete the workflow.

 

Note: The Client ID, is your agency/broker’s Applied Systems’ account number and it can be obtained from the Client Portal page. Access the Client Portal, enter your username and password. From the Client Portal homepage, located your Client ID in the  and the License ID is displayed in the TAM Help/About screen as the Serial Number.
