Add a Note

  1. At Home Base, click Clients & Files.
  2. From the dropdown menu above the list, select the desired entity type.
  3. Select the desired entity in the list.
  4. Click the Note List button on the button bar.
  5. Click the Add button directly below the button bar.
  6. On the New Note Detail screen, enter the subject of the note in the Regarding field.
  7. Type the text of the note in the text box.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Yes to revise the record. The new note appears in the Note List for this account.
