Real-Time Configuration

While most of your Real-Time Interface setup is done by Applied Systems Support or via the Initial Account Setup Wizard, you may want to access Real-Time Configuration to fine tune security settings per company, per product, and per user.

      1. In the Clients & Files area, click the Real-Time button and select Real-Time Interface.
      2. Click File > Real-Time Configuration.
  2. The Client Configuration window displays. Your Real-Time Account ID displays in the Account Id field. Your agency's WARP connection information displays in the list.
    Note: This cannot be modified.
  3. To update your carrier products, click the Update button. The Enter Company Codes window displays.
    1. The carrier products and their affiliated company codes you have set up display in the list. Highlight a product.
    2. To add a new code from the Companies list, click the Find Code button. The Companies window displays. Select a new company code from the list and click OK.
    3. To add a new code manually, click the Enter Code button. The Enter Company Code window displays. Type the new code in the field. Separate multiple codes with semicolons. Click OK when done.
    4. To delete a company code, highlight a carrier product and click the Remove Code button. All company codes associated with that carrier product will be deleted once you click the button.
